Dr. Weng’s Recommended CBD regimen for People with Moderate to Severe Anxiety

  1. Start with 1/2 dropperful of CBD tincture under tongue for 45 seconds, then swallow.
  2. Take 25mg CBD capsule 30 to 60 minutes after taking morning medications for 10 days.
  3. Repeat step 1 around 3 pm and then again around 9 or 10 pm.
  4. After 10 days, start with a 50 mg CBD capsule in the am and continue taking the drops.
  1. Take 3-5 drops (same as step 1) around 3 pm and then again just before bedtime.

Dr. Weng’s Recommended CBD regimen for People with Moderate to Severe Anxiety

If anxiety attacks occur at night despite this regimen, take 50mg CBD 1 hr before bedtime instead of the morning or add 25mg CBD at bedtime to the regimen.

For acute Panic attacks, I recommend a pea size amount of our concentrate to be applied (rubbed) under the tongue for 15 seconds using your index finger.

To help reduce recurrence of the Panic attack, I recommend following the concentrate with ½ dropperful of tincture sublingually and hold for 30 to 45 seconds and then swallow.
